Whether someone is grieving the death of a loved one, job loss, the end of a relationship or anything else, navigating the emotional highs and lows of that situation can often be challenging. Not everyone shares the same feelings or approaches it in the same way; I recognize that. Through mindset coaching, I provide tools and insights that sort through a jumble of emotions arising from a loss. With gentle coaxing, I guide people to see their strengths so they can trust themselves to make decisions that align with their values. Wouldn’t that feel lovely?

In many sessions, I often use the Emotional Wellness Technique that combines emotional kinesiology and mindset strategies. They help people to identify possible barriers holding them back from achieving their desired goals and moving forward in their lives. This awareness allows individuals to work on personal growth strategies to develop a healthier sustainable mindset.
A counsellor or therapist is licensed medical professional who helps people with known mental health conditions, such as anxiety, depression and other mental health disorders.
A coach is a person who focuses on helping people who are feeling stuck within their lives and are looking to enhance their overall wellness without interfering with any ongoing medical treatment.
